Dear Nath,
Basalt is a relatively hard ore, we recommend two cone crushers: HST series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.
After the large stone enters the silo, it enters the HJ125 high energy jaw crusher through TSW1345 vibrating feeder. Then the crushed stone will be sent into the HST250S2 hydraulic cone crusher and the HST250H1 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor. The crushed stone is transported by the belt conveyor to the HPT300 hydraulic cone for fine crushing, and then the material enters 3 sets of 3YZS2460 vibrating screen for screening, the qualified finished material is obtained, and the unqualified directly enters the cone crusher for re-crushing.
