The equipment configuration and production process of stationary crushed stone production line

Equipment configuration plan for stationary crushed stone production line:

The stones enters the jaw crusher,impact crusher for crushing through the feeder. After being classified by the vibrating screen, the various specifications of stones are obtained, so as to obtain the finished stones you need.

Equipment configuration: (silo)----feeder----jaw crusher----impact crusher----vibrating screen (finished stone)----conveyor---- (can be made into finished stone).

Equipment advantages: Firstly, various stones are coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher, and the coarsely crushed stones are conveyed to the impact crusher for secondary crushing (according to customer needs, the secondary crushing equipment can also be cone crusher, hammer crusher, etc.).
Introduction of stationary crushing production process:

1. The stone material is fed into the coarse crusher by the feeder for preliminary crushing, and the produced coarse material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing; the finely crushed stone material enters the vibrating screen to screen out stones of different specifications. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the impact crusher and crushed again;

2. The large stones are sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing, the coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing; the finely crushed stones are sent by the belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening, and several different specifications of stones can be screened out;

3. The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished belt conveyor, and the stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles.
